Mastering the Buddha Nature Within, Bhutan
Dec 7-18th, 2014 – LAST CALL!

bhutanNot many people have actually heard about BhutanThe Land of the Thunder Dragon, or even know where it is located. For many years this little country about the size of Switzerland has been off limits of foreigners.

If you look at a map you will find Bhutan to be east of Nepal at the same latitude (as Florida actually), with a tiny piece of India separating the two countries – and the northern edge touches the Himalayas.

Everyone who visits is touched in the most astonishing ways, by the landscape, the heart of the people, and their philosophies. By the time we leave, the experience will have opened your heart in a manner that that is totally unexpected. Author Sheri Rosenthal and Lisa Tully invite you to join them on this magical and sacred pilgrimage.

Through meditation, chanting, prayer and ceremony, and connecting the local people – you will expand your consciousness and practice cultivating the compassion and loving-kindness of the Buddha within (for others, and most importantly – for yourself).

Punakha Dzong, BhutanThis trip is designed to strengthen your connection to your inner wisdom, love, and compassion. In this challenging world of ours learning to put the Buddha’s teachings into practice (in the most practical of ways!) is the focus of our group time together.

We’ll have the opportunity to spend a day at the Druk Wangyal Festival. Held at the Dochula Pass which is an incredibly scenic location – you’ll have a panoramic view of the Himalayan mountain range – simply stunning! We’ll also spend time visiting the very rare and endangered Black Necked Cranes in Phobjikha. And as a special gift, a Lama will be preparing a prayer and blessing ceremony just for us.

Trip tuition: $5599 USD per person double occupancy, all meals, and your flight from Bangkok to Paro is included (~$850 USD)!

Unconditional Love in Action: Siem Reap (Angkor Wat), Cambodia
Jan 21-31st, 2015

Volunteer travel Angkor Wat, Cambodia

Join New Thought Minister Rev. David Ault for a profoundly heart-opening spiritual journey of service to Siem Reap, Cambodia – home of the incredible ancient temples of Angkor Wat. To open oneself deeply, to risk feeling the suffering of others, and to wish to relieve that suffering – is the definition of compassion and the cultivation of the Buddha within us. As Gandhi once said: The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

Service is often called unconditional love in action – to give totally of yourself is to be free of ego, 100% present, doing what is needed without judgment. In these moments our heart opens and the truth of who we are comes through – our divine presence.

Volunteer travel is a powerful experience – you risk coming home with a clearer vision of what you want in life, a deeper sense of self-realization, and clarity about who you are and your purpose in life!

Spiritual Journey to Angkor Wat, Cambodia

We’ll have the opportunity to explore the amazing temple complex at Angkor Wat – or at least a part of it (it’s huge!). Our home away from home in Cambodia is the Siddharta Boutique Hotel. It has a large saltwater pool in a tropical garden, and a restaurant with views over the Cambodian countryside to watch unforgettable sunsets.

All breakfasts are included in this itinerary and one dinner, along with tours of the temples, daily Sangha (gathering) with David Ault, a traditional Khmer dinner & show, helping in the schools with the children and in creating new wells, and so much more.

Trip tuition: $1799 USD per person double occupancy.
