If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room, and you will be responsible for the difference. However, if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.

Cancellation Policy

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposits will be refunded upon request up to 24 hours after trip has been booked. After 24 hours of booking, no refunds of deposits will be given
  • All cancellations must be received in writing to dearnurselynurse@gmail.com
  • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Any medical expenses, quarantine due to COVID-19 or other cancellation costs of travel are at your own expense.
  • All attendees are required to submit flight information and travel insurance (required) to Nursely Retreats at least 4 weeks before trip departure date. (Please note, if flight info is not submitted within this time frame, Nursely Retreats cannot guarantee airport pickup and attendee may be responsible for their own transfer).

COVID-19 Policy

If there is an International MANDATE RESTRICTING TRAVEL out or into the United States, or any connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event will result in the following: ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A RESCHEDULED DATE FOR THE RETREAT.
