Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
Any cancellation made between Oct. 3, 2019 and Jan 3, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Any cancellation made between January 3, 2020 and the trip departure date will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (8 participants). If we do so, your deposit is refunded in full, less any currency fluctuations. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options or use another company of your choice.

Flight Info
You must arrive into Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan on March 25, 2020 as events begin at breakfast March 26. Departure is April 2.
