Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
Any cancellation made between February 2, 2020 and April 1, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Any cancellation made between April 2, 2020 and the trip departure date will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (4 participants). If we do so, your deposit is refunded in full, less any currency fluctuations. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Shared Rooms
If you are choosing double occupancy, please confirm your roommate by April 24, 2020.
Single travelers wishing to share rooms may contact Ales directly. We will make every effort to assist you. If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.
If you are unable to find a roommate by April 24, 2020 you will be required to pay the single supplement of $935 USD.
