• The remaining balance is due in full March 15, 2023

Cancellation Policy

• A $1500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration to reserve your spot.
• We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
• Any cancellation made before 3/01/2023 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after 03/02/2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
• Money can be transferred to another retreat or the same retreat offered at another time within 12 months as an alternative to refund.
• All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
• Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Any medical expenses, quarantine due to COVID-19 or other cancellation costs of travel are at your own expense.

COVID-19 Policy

If there is an International MANDATE RESTRICTING TRAVEL out or into the United States, Zambia, or any connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event will result in the following: ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A RESCHEDULED DATE FOR THE RETREAT.
