- The balance is due 60 days before trip departure date

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $750 USD registration deposit.
- Deposit is non-refundable and any balance payment made up to 45 days 50% are refundable, after 45 days before travel, 100% non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
