WHAT’S NEW? Something I fell in love with!

Every once in a while I fall in love with something and I just want to share it with you! I happen to like this this song – Hozier’s “Take Me to Church.”

But then I saw that they cut a video of one of the best dancers in the world Sergei Polunin, dancing to the song – amazing! The tattooed 25-year-old Ukrainian suddenly left Britain’s Royal Ballet in 2012 after becoming their youngest ever principal. Now he’s dancing with the Stanislavsky Music Theatre in Moscow.

Stunning!

Do you remember when?

Kabah, Temple of the Masks What is the most magical moment of your life? There are as many answers to that question as there are people and we each probably have a different answer depending upon our mood.

Years ago, when I first began exploring meditation in my early twenties I remember the instructor telling us to think about a happy experience. At that point in my life I had immersed myself in misery and loved telling the stories about my abusive childhood.

That day I couldn’t think of a single happy moment in my entire life. Boy has that changed! Even my version or vision of my childhood has changed.

Life is and then we tell ourselves a story. Based on our story we have an experience that often has little to do with life itself.

Ik-Kil Cenote, 2012 Spiritual journey I like my story about the Cosmic Cappuccino House. Before we were born we gathered at the Cosmic Cappuccino House and decided it was time to jump into a body again. We picked our parents as well as some of the players in our play called life. We pick some themes and set off on a wonderful adventure.

While at the coffee house we decided we would remember who and what we really were and then simple enjoy this wonderful, sensuous experience called life. We’d wake up and then have fun creating whatever we wanted, easily and effortless. The problem is sometimes we forget about the waking up part.

You are an amazing limitless being of love and light and laughter. You are the creator of your life and you are free to change what you are creating whenever you want, but to make that change you do have to align with the energy that gives life to your body.

It is simply a matter of remembering your true nature. You are an angel in a physical body. Not the winged, tutu version of an angel but the creative, playful, powerful version of a spiritual being.

Susan Gregg Take a deep breath and remember who and what you really are. Remember you are the creative force in your life and see what happens. Give up excuses and yeah but’s just allow yourself to be free. Wake up. Easily and effortlessly wake up and enjoy this amazing experience called life!!
