* If you would like to be matched with a roommate please let us know and we will connect you with fellow travelers seeking the same in our pre-trip calls, or earlier. We will do our best to find a roommate for you, however this can’t be guaranteed in case there is an uneven number of participants who would like to share a room. In this case the single occupancy supplement is required but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit.
  • Once balance payment is made, it is non refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).
  • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
