Dear Friends,
WHAT’S NEW? Creating Your Own Circle of Business Supporters
No man is an island, not in his personal life nor in his business life. It used to be that if you were in a business you marketed by yourself and that was it. Today joint ventures have become the way and that’s exciting to me because it’s about cooperation not competition. So if you are a heart-centered-entrepreneur and are struggling to get your work out there – I want to share something I love with you.
This year I joined a joint venture group and I have to say it is filled with the most interesting group of people all excited to support and help each other – how refreshing!! Many of the folks are newbees but that’s alright because these folks are on fire and instead of trying to get the big guns to partner with you (it’s rare for them to do so if you have a small list) this is your chance to align with folks who are building their businesses from the ground up and will be your allies from the start.
If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity (that I myself am a member of) I suggest you get on the list immediately to watch the JV Insider Circle’s webinar that explains the whole program. I hope to see you there!
Blessings and love, Sheri Rosenthal

Don’t Take it Personally – Group Class!
Are you a fan of The Four Agreements? If so you’ll love the upcoming 4 part teleclass on the second agreement coming up this September with yours truly!
Together we’ll:
- Get clear on how you’re taking things personally in your particular situation (rather than feeling like you’re upset because of someone else’s actions or words).
- Identify the beliefs that are causing your suffering and how you’re
using those beliefs to hurt yourself. - Assist you in creating healthy counter-actions you can take in those moments when you REALLY want to take someone personally!
We’ll be recording the classes so if you can’t make it – email me your question beforehand and then I’ll answer it during the class. That way even if you can’t be there – you’ll have your questions answered when you listen to the replay!
As for dates: they’ll be Thursday September 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th at 5pm PT/8pm ET.
The 4 session group teleclass
series is only $297!
No excuses, mark the dates on your calendar NOW and join me for this fun and enlightening teleclass series!!
Make sure you sign up here –> www.sherirosenthal.com/stop-taking-it-personally
**PS: I’m open for a few strategy sessions with those entrepreneurs that are feeling a bit stuck in their business and who are probably sabotaging themselves. Sound like you? If so, sign up for a session here.
Teotihuacan, Mexico – Revealing the REAL You!
My very dear friend Brandt Morgan (he studied with don Miguel Ruiz author of The Four Agreements during the same time I did years ago) is running a special journey to Teotihuacan, Mexico – October 18-24th. He is an internationally known teacher and author of the book Vision Walk, whose passion is helping people find their true selves and the vision and courage to live their dreams.
During this magical trip, you’ll pull back the curtains of illusion to discover the glittering diamond at the core of your being, the one you’ve always been searching for: the real you. Like the Toltec apprentices of old, we’ll perform rituals of life along the Avenue of the Dead, commune with the living Earth in the Temple of the Butterflies, and enter into the dream of the Ancient Ones at the Palace of the Jaguars. On the Pyramids of the Moon and the Sun, we’ll celebrate our homecoming and our origins among the stars.
**This will be a bi-lingual trip with English and French being spoken. Trip cost: $1,250 USD/950 Euros double occupancy, all meals included. If you’re interested contact me immediately. 🙂
OUR GUEST ARTICLE
Journaling Your Way to Wisdom, Clarity + Your Inner Potential!
I first started journaling when I was 11 years old, recording my hopes for the future, chronicling the problems and triumphs of school life and mainly obsessing over boys I had crushes on. Ever since that time, I have gone through phases of regular journaling and have found it to be a profound tool for personal growth, enabling me to access my inner wisdom and unlock my creative potential.
In my twenties while traveling around the world I read the brilliant book The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, who advocated doing “morning pages” each day in order to clear the subconscious and create space for the expression of latent feelings and intuitions buried deep in the right hemispheres of our brains.
As I did this regularly I was amazed at the clarity I began to feel, as well as a new found sense of joy and inspiration as I began to live my life with more “juiciness”, in other words, a clearer sense of who I was and what could be possible for me, and indeed all of us, if we open ourselves up to our inherent inner muse. I believe journaling can effect change in all areas of our life, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and even physically.
Over time, regular journaling leads to self awareness and better problem-solving skills. As you write about your life you begin to see the truth of your situation and recurrent patterns, behaviors and tendencies begin to emerge. You get a bird’s eye view of your own thought processes and a clearer idea of how you may contribute to your own problems and situations.
After releasing pent up feelings and writing down scattered thoughts, the mind can then begin to focus. This inner clarity eventually precipitates outer change, after all, there is only so long you can keep complaining about something in your journal day after day without realizing that you have to DO something about it.
Journaling has even been scientifically proven to be beneficial for our physical health. A study done at the University of Texas, Austin, found that writing about feelings surrounding a traumatic event can actually strengthen your immune system. Other studies have found regular journaling to reduce asthma and rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
Writing about feelings is the key, as it makes life altering events more manageable and one theory states that it helps the brain to “create a story” and thereby process the emotions surrounding a traumatic event and begin to store it as a memory rather than a source of ongoing stress.
My favorite aspect of journaling is the way it can open up our connection to our own inner voice of truth and become a spiritual practice in itself. In The Artist’s Way, Cameron writes that “Everyone has a direct dial to God” and that writing is “a valid form of meditation that gives us insight and helps to effect change in our life.”
Spiritual and creative insights occur in our right brain, but for many of us we are rarely in touch with that side of ourselves in day to day life. Journaling keeps the left side of our brain occupied while at the same time allowing our right brain to express feelings, creative insights and intuitions. After recording our inner wisdom, we can then read over this guidance and allow it to infuse the way we live.
The most important thing about beginning a journaling practice is to realize there is no wrong way to write. Don’t let your inner critic or judge stymie free self-expression. To begin with, do it daily for about 20 minutes and don’t don’t worry about punctuation, spelling, grammar or neatness; just get the words down onto the page. At first your writing may seem silly, petty or whiney. Just keep writing, new aspects of your consciousness will soon emerge.
When journaling for problem solving or inner guidance, you may want to write a question at the top of the page and then allow yourself to “receive” an answer. You will be amazed at the wisdom within you.
Some people also like to try mixed media journaling, incorporating collage, water colors, drawings and images into their journals. Experiment and allow yourself to play with it until you find something you enjoy.
Perhaps the most beautiful thing about journaling is the recording of your own personal journey in life. Over the years I have accumulated shelves of journals and they are my most precious possessions. I love going over them once every couple of years and reliving parts of my life at different ages, reminding myself of insights or nuggets of wisdom from times gone by.
It’s an incredible way to track our own growth and change, as well as see how we have matured – it’s also nice to see the enduring parts of ourselves that never change; as well as observing ongoing issues that sometimes follow us through the years. (I must admit I do still obsess over boys every now and then.)
Blessings, Sharee James
Sharee James, has been leading tours in the Himalayas of Nepal for the past 4 years. Trained as a naturopath, yoga teacher, pranic healer and massage therapist, Sharee caught the travel bug in her early twenties and spent 6 years traveling the world on her own.
Out of the 20 countries that she visited on her travels, the spirituality, fascinating culture and ancient healing traditions of Nepal captured her heart and drew her back again and again. Her passion for this incredible destination led to the creation of highly specialized tours and retreats that bring together a team of Nepalese and Tibetan teachers and healers to share sacred Himalayan wisdom.
Registration is open for Sharee’s: Kindfulness – a Healing Retreat in the Himalayas of Nepal – Oct 16-25th, 2013.
