COVID Information
Your safety is the MOST important part of this journey.
To keep everyone safe, we MAY require a negative Covid test result just before you arrive. A home test will suffice. If you are not sure how to do that, we will help you out on the Group Call (Thursday, June 6, 2024). We will also bring extra masks with us, so you have an extra one or in case you lose yours.
If there is an International Mandate Restricting Travel out or into the United States, or any other connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat, or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event, will result in the following: All deposits will be transferred to a rescheduled date for the retreat.
We must respect and abide by any rules and laws that Naxos, Greece has in place to keep their country safe. These rules are subject to change at any time. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Les Thébaïdes is a private villa in Naxos located on Plaka Beach. There are two (2) options to choose from. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit. Your deposit is transferable to another person for the same retreat subject to approval.
- Any cancellation made between: April 21, 2024 and May 20, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
- Any cancellation made between: May 21, 2024 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
- The tuition for this retreat is based on the currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of the publication of this retreat. We reserve the right to adjust the trip price if the exchange rate varies more than 5% from our published price.
- After making your deposit, you will have a clarity call on Zoom with Samanda. If for any reason during this conversation you both agree that you are not a fit for the retreat after all, your deposit will be refunded in full. If, however, you both agree it is still a fit, the deposit remains non-refundable.
