Cancellation Policy
You and your beloved granddaughter are very important to us. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you have a wonderful retreat experience any time you put your trust in us.
We expect that you will not register for one of our retreats unless you are able and willing to invest in yourself and in your granddaughter for this very special learning and growing experience.
Likewise, we lovingly and joyfully invest time and substantial resources into researching, planning, and coordinating programs to ensure participants get the kind of gratifying experience you deserve. Therefore, the following cancellation policies must be strictly upheld.
- Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $690 USD registration deposit.
- Any cancellation made between: February 1 – April 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
- Any cancellation made between: April 1, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. To protect your investment and ours, we require either a proof of travel insurance or a waiver of trip insurance in writing. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
- You will make your own travel arrangements to and from London Heathrow International Airport on June 13 and June 25, 2025. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for these flights to protect that part of your investment in addition to the Wise Generations Program that includes all in-country transportation.
- The cost for this retreat is based on the currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of the publication of this retreat. We reserve the right to adjust the trip price if the exchange rate varies more than 5% from our published price.
