What’s Not Included
- Your Round-Trip Airfare: Travel costs from home to the destination are not covered.
- Souvenir Shopping: Any personal purchases, including souvenirs, are at your own expense.
- Personal Phone Calls: Charges for personal calls are not included.
- Spa Services: Any spa treatments or services you choose to enjoy will be extra.
- Taxis: Transportation costs such as taxis are not covered unless specified as part of an adventure.
- Laundry Services: Any laundry services required during your stay are not included.
- Personal, Medical, or Trip Cancellation Insurance: It is advised to secure your own insurance, as these are not provided through the package.
Flights
You must arrive into the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA) on May 20th by 3:00 pm and depart May 23rd, 2025 after 10:00 am. Group transportation will be provided for you to the hotel on Paradise Island. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports, we can help you arrange your own taxi to the hotel (at your cost).

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
Any cancellation made between: March 15, 2025 and April 15, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
Any cancellation made between: April 15, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
