YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Your Accommodation will be in the Palace Tower which offers gorgeous 422 to 453 sq ft (40-42 sq.m) rooms close to the beach and boasts stunning panoramic mountains and tropical garden views. It is designed to offer a comfortable and luxurious stay, a private balcony, comfortable and stylish furnishings, modern amenities, and a luxurious bathroom.
2 Queen size beds per room (double occupancy) $6,497 / person
1 King size bed (single occupancy *) $7,997 / person
(*) If you require a single occupancy room, you may:
- Specify this as a requirement in the “order notes” during checkout. Note: This will be subject to availability and will command an additional cost. In the event this is not available, your deposit will be refunded (see cancellation policy below). OR

Cancellation Policy
You have a 14-day cancellation window from the date of your deposit payment. After this period, the $497 deposit becomes non-refundable. However, it is transferable to another person for the same retreat, pending approval. Please note that in the event of a refund, a refund will be issued, excluding any transfer costs incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
This retreat is exclusive to those who have gone through the Lifebook Program at least once.
Reservations made after January 1st, 2024 must be paid in full.
Trip cancellation insurance is ALWAYS recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
This cancellation policy is firm therefore please do NOT make any travel arrangements until you receive your confirmation from the Hawaii Team Facilitators, meaning a
confirmation email received from Hawaii.24.Retreat@gmail.com
Roommate Details
Roommate assignments will be made with consideration for gender and age compatibility unless specific roommate requests are provided. If you have a preferred roommate, please let us know during the registration process. We aim to create a harmonious living environment, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.

COVID-19 Policy
If there is an International MANDATE RESTRICTING TRAVEL out or into the United States, or any connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event will result in the following: ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A RESCHEDULED DATE FOR THE RETREAT.
