- 6 Days/5 Nights of double or single-occupancy, 4-Star Accommodation at the beautiful Château Le Cagnard in Haut-de-Cagnes, France.

- Items of a personal nature such as gifts, souvenirs, spa services, etc.
- Additional tips and gratuities for hotel staff, meals or services taken outside of the planned group itinerary
- Additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, sickness, or other causes beyond our control
- Any required Visas or other Travel Documents
- Anything else that is not specifically mentioned in the “What’s Included” list

Roommates
For the Forced Proximity Option, please let us know as soon as possible if you and another participant want to be roommates, and we will happily place you together. If you do not have a roommate, no problem! We will do our best to pair you thoughtfully with another participant who is looking to share.
However, if we are unable to find a match before July 14, 2026, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation (and receive a full refund of all payments) or revert to the Rogue Assassin option (and pay the associated increased fee).
For the Only One Bed Option, you must register and pay in one booking with your roomie! This option is just for friends, siblings, couples, etc. who are already travelling together.

Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable $500 USD deposit is required per person to secure their spot. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations made on or before July 14, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of funds paid, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made on or after July 15, 2026 will result in a 100% loss of payments made.
- If two people reserve the Only One Bed option (double occupancy, shared bed) and one of those individuals cancels, that individual’s portion (half) of payments made will qualify for a refund in accordance with the Cancellation dates detailed above. The remaining individual must then switch their booking to either the Forced Proximity (double occupancy, twin bed) or Rogue Assassin (single occupancy) option, and their required payment amounts will be adjusted accordingly. If the initial booking occurred during the Prequel Special, the discounted price will be honoured for the adjusted booking.
- Trip Cancellation Insurance is required for your protection and ease of mind. When shopping for insurance, be sure to read the fine print and understand the details of your coverage.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum required number of participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- If we determine for any reason that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case all payments will be fully refunded.
