The double rooms with queen beds feature soft pastel hues and natural finishes that nurture the body and spirit, and create a tranquil sanctuary. These curated touches invite deep renewal and relaxation for those needing peace and vitality.
* We will do our best to pair you with another participant. However, if we cannot find a match or if we have an odd number of participants… Your double room will be treated as a single room with a Queen Bed, Garden view (with no terrace or balcony), and a single supplement will be added to your retreat fee.

The single rooms offer spacious tranquility with a queen-sized bed and large windows for abundant natural light, and tropical decor to create a peaceful retreat. Cancellation Policy
- Your $1,000 USD retainer is non-refundable.
- Balance payments are due by May 12, 2026.
- Any cancellations received before May 12, 2026 are 50% refundable. After May 12, 2026, will result in a total loss of 100% of the trip price. Payment plans are available.
- Trip Cancellation/Medical Insurance is required for booking and always strongly recommended when making travel plans. Please note, that when your trip payments become non-refundable as set-out by our cancellation policy above, there will be no refunds and you will need to report your trip cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement. This is your full responsibility.
- Destination Wellness Retreats reserves the right to cancel If the trip doesn’t meet the minimum required participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

If we determine that this retreat is not the right fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.
In the event of currency exchange fluctuations exceeding 5%, the total trip price may be subject to change.

Your Flights
Please book your flight to arrive at Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) on July 17, 2026. It’s located near the southern town of Vieux Fort and is the primary gateway for most international travelers coming from North America and Europe.
Please book your flights two to three months before the start of the retreat.
Your Airport Transportation
Roundtrip group transportation is included as part of your retreat. For those arriving outside of the preset transportation pick-up times will be required to cover your own transportation costs.
