- A non-refundable trip retainer of $750 USD is needed to hold your spot.
- 50% of your balance is due by May 15, 2025.
- Your remaining balance is due by July 13, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation by participants will result in a total loss of the $750 USD retainer.
- Any and all cancellations must be made in writing via email to Karen@CohesiveOutcomes.com. Cancellations made before June 12, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between July 12, 2025 and the event start (November 9, 2025) will result in a total loss of 100% of the trip price. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so, your trip retainer is refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement. That is fully your responsibility.
- Cohesive Outcomes LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, force majeure, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Cohesive Outcomes LLC from any liability. In any event, Cohesive Outcomes LLC’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to Cohesive Outcomes LLC.
