What’s Not Included

  • Round-trip flights. 
  • Any meals, snacks or beverages taken outside of the planned itinerary.
  • Ground transportation outside of pre-organized shuttles and group activities.
  • Items of a personal nature such as, gifts, souvenirs, phone calls, personal interest activities or tours, spa services, mobile/data plans, or medical costs.
  • Your personal medical and trip cancellation insurance.
  • Additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation, or other causes beyond our control. 
  • Extra tips for staff and service providers.

All payments are processed securely by Journeys of the Spirit.

 

  • The deposit will reserve your spot on the retreat.
  • Once your payment is processed, we will get in touch via email to schedule your Pre-Retreat Consultation Call with Rebecca. This 60-minute call/video chat is to ensure that the retreat is a perfect fit for you. You’ll have an opportunity to introduce yourself and your Passion Project, and discuss what you hope to achieve from the retreat. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
  • If the call reveals, for any reason, that you or Rebecca feel this retreat is not a good fit for you, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded in full. If you both feel it’s a good fit, you will receive a confirmation email following the call that secures your reservation.
  • Once the other payments are received, they are non-refundable.

Please do not book any flights until after you have had your discovery call and received the Confirmation Email. Once your place is confirmed, the deposit is no longer refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • A $500 USD deposit is required to secure your spot. (Once you have completed your Pre-Retreat Consultation and received your Confirmation Email, this deposit is no longer refundable)
  • Once your spot is confirmed, any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between November 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of payments made.
  • Cancellations made between February 1, 2025 and trip departure date will result in total loss of all payments.
  • If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum of 4 people. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.
  • Trip Cancellation Insurance is required for your protection and ease of mind. Be sure to read the fine print and understand the details of your coverage.
