This is a special adventure and spiritual journey just for women. With sand between our toes and hibiscus in our hair, we address the limiting beliefs that women have held. Using our sisters as mirrors we explore the stories that have pre-written the boundaries of our lives. In this beautiful and safe environment we inventory all that we have believed regarding what it means to be a woman in today's world. Together we will create a new and empowering dream that will lead us to complete freedom of our hearts, minds and bodies. We will enjoy beautiful ceremony & ritual, dance & yoga, and prayer & meditation with our sisters to create the energy for transformation both inside and out. Let your Goddess free! This will be a physically active trip from which you will come home energized and rejuvenated from. We will hike, snorkel, swim, catamaran, do yoga, dance, and if time allows experience dolphins! Scuba diving may also available for those interested.

On this journey you will experience the best of our spiritual philosophies. like all esoteric teachings, they were created to assist you in your process of moving from a painful life to heaven on earth. The combination of these tools will empower you to make significant changes to the way you see your life and world. To these wonderful philosophies, we add Kelsey Bunker's Transformational Dance techniques which assist us in bypassing our minds, allowing us to connect physically to Spirit moving through us. By responding to sensations and impulses we begin to move our bodies in a way that truly expresses our divine self. During the process we learn to trust the innate wisdom that resides in us and is waiting to guide us to our freedom.

As is typical for a Journeys of the Spirit retreat, you will experience class time daily, time for sharing with the group, reflection and meditation time, and one-on-one personal time with your group leader (along with fun and shopping time too of course!). It is our intent that you return home with an open heart and mind along with the tools you need to make the changes in your life you desire.

Day 1- (d) Fly into Cancun Airport and transfer by bus to Maya Tulum, a lovely resort on the beach in Tulum for dinner. They specialize in low fat healthy meals and simple but luxurious surroundings.

Day 2 - 6 (bld) While here we will swim in magical cenotes (crystal clear water holes in the jungle), visit the incredible ruins of Tulum and Coba, dance and do yoga, participate in a fire ceremony on the beach, experience spa services, hike, stretch and enjoy! We will also include a half day sunset Catamaran ride on the beautiful ocean and a one hour massage or facial, your choice! There will be time for playing in the water, and journaling, meditating, prayer, sharing and processing. We may also take a day to go to the water park nearby of Xcaret and swim with the dolphins there.

Day 7- (b) Today we say good bye to our wonderful hosts and fabulous sisters. We marvel at the changes we have been through and at the glowing faces we all have! We are off to the airport in Cancun and back home!

This schedule is tentative! Due the areas we are traveling to, weather, bad roads and other unseen obstacles may cause us to make changes in the schedule or to visit different sites. We understand that if this happens we were not meant to be where we were going!

Included Services:

• All meals are included in this program except for maybe one lunch. Meals are noted next to each day on the itinerary and are in parentheses. The non-included lunch will need to be paid for in cash so plan accordingly. Your drinks at the bar will not be included and the hotel does not accept credit cards so be prepared to pay with cash or a travelers check.
• All spiritual teachings and ceremonies are included along with a fire ceremony on the beach, weather permitting.
• One facial or massage for one hour is included at Maya Tulum.
• All tips for the drivers, guides, waiters, maids and bell boys are included.
• All ground transportation is included on this journey; our buses.
• A half day Catamaran boat ride in Tulum, weather permitting.
• All yoga and dance classes
• Entrance fees to the ruins in Tulum, Coba and to the Cenotes.

Non-Included Services:

• Additional spa services and tips that are not included in our itinerary (must be paid for in cash).
• Scuba diving costs and the entrance fees for Xcaret (approximately $50.00), and swimming with the Dolphins (additional)
• Snorkel & mask rentals are not included, bring your own to save on costs.
• Other activities and tours not included or specified in our package.
• Souvenir shopping!
• Your round trip air flight to and from Cancun is not included.

Any cancellation made in writing from: To be announced - To be announced will result in a cancellation fee of $250.00. Any cancellation made after: To be announced up to the date of departure will result in total loss of deposit of $500.00. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended to cover such issues. If you need a single, the cost differential is $245.00 if you stay in a garden view room and $525.00 if you stay in a beachfront room per person for the trip.
